Can anyone recommend a good band to suit a summer wedding? Not looking for a massive 10-piece jobber, would ideally love someone along the lines of The Mandibles, Zen Hussies, or even the mighty Smerins, but I'm on a bit of a budget. I've had a look at Ronnie's "Rinky Dinks" thread where there were some good ideas, any others would be much appreciated. Chairs.

I reckon Decapitated would do a good job. Here's one of their slow numbers:

Get yourself to the Jewelery Quarter in Birmingham for your ring requirements. Loads cheaper than the high street (our wedding rings were almost half the price of Bristol & Bath's jewellers and the budget went further for the engagement ring).

Congrats!

Hi All,

Any updates on this little thread, wanting something quirky yet fun that isn't the Rinky Dinks!! Need a band for August this year so booking is getting to the wire!

Looking for anything that is soul or covers really that can get 100 people of all ages dancing, I know I don't ask for much!

Am currently looking at the Funktional party band, anyone seen them before?

TA!
