I don't see why this needs verifaction however, as this is not the most outlandish name here by a long way. Fuckin hilarious though.

I once knew a girl called Carol whose Dad changed his surname to Carol. As he was her legal guardian he changed her surname to Carol too. Carol Carol; what a cunt.

At work I once received a call from a Chris Peacock and when the receptionist shouted the customers name across the showroom to me, I thought they were taking the piss and refused to take the call. I got bollocked for it as my manager heard it all and took the call himself. It was a legitimate customer and name. Sounded like "Crispy Cock" to me   Laughing

I went to school with a Cheeseman. Search 192.com. There are loads of them in Bristol.

The best name I've ever found, and I tried not to laugh in his face when he handed me his credit card, was a Mr Strange-Leathers.

I've got a few good ones...

I used to work in telesales a long time ago, and rang a woman called Spot. Mrs Gwendolen Spot. How i laughed.

And while I was working in recruitment I got jobs for a Mr Chris Peacock (even better if you say it with his first initial Wink ) and... the creme de la creme.....

Mr.... Sozon.... Kokkinarass.

Seriously.

I saw their passports to prove it.

I once worked at a place where there was a client on the system named Urec Unt... Never did find out if that was real or whether that was added by a disgruntled employee!

I also work with a woman named Rose West... She did not have a lot of fun when that all came out!  I am laughing, but I am also sad

Miss Fanny Pong.

A man called Drinkel Gash. He was in the Army and was a Major. Yep, that's right, Maj. Gash.

Loads of people with surnames ending in 'porn' such as, propaporn and supaporn. They're really popular in Indonesia or somewhere like that.

Yup, we used to have a cleaner at work called Jiraporn from Vietnam.

I also used to work with a guy from China called Ping Hu. That used to make me chuckle.

Slightly OT, but I just popped into B&Q and noticed there is a bath tub called the "Shaftesbury Lozenge". Which may be my new favourite euphemism.

Great thread.

I used to work with a girl called Lacey Fury. loved that name.

Have also had the pleasure of working with Maximus Armani (the interview was pretty much a formality after seeing that on his CV) and a Dougal Cram - lovely guy, exceptionally good at volleyball.

PJ Harvey

I was having a conversation this morning about how I didn't like Bruno Mars until I discovered he wasn't English. We established it was because most English pop singers are utterly dull and devoid of character e.g Jessi J, Adele, James Blut, Coldplay, Robbie Williams, Emeli Sande, Ed Sheeran, Plan B, Gary Barlow, Lily Allen, Ellie Goulding, Will Young, Tracey Chapman, Simply Red, Jay Kay

I suppose PJ Harvey could be added to that list. How was she pleasant?

There are some amazing names, favorites discovered thus far -

Long Wang
Jeff Wank
Brian Bumbarger

Not solo. Fist of Fun and This Morning... were good, because Richard Herring is so bizarre and Lee provides a good straight man. His stand up stuff is dire though.

Youtube has (or had) a complete run of TMWRNJ, really low quality image, but watchable. I watched last year and brought back some memories.

A friend of mine used to have to provide temp work for one Blaine Gideon Robin, who subsequently seems to have gone into politics.

People are finding her departure rather hard to swallow.
