Stokes Croft is now going to be Gentrified.  There's no doubt about it.  The sad thing is that in their drive for a quick buck the developers may well destroy the very thing that gives the area it's unique appeal, the people.  Who's going to want to visit the area when it's nothing but bland exec flats and poncy wine bars?
