mate, Its harder to make an omelette wrong than it is to make one right!

just put some eggs in a frying pan.

add cheese

add tomatoes

add whatever is lurking in the fridge

fold in half

i've done this one before foof! Except a little bit different, Use the yourkshire pudding trays and u get mini spanish omlettes, two per person is good for a meal with salads!

I roasted sweet potatoes and peppers and tomato in lil cubes in the oven for 30mins in the pudding trays, then poured over beated egg mixture and top with cheese and turn the oven into a grill for the last bit. its yummy!

Um, no. That would be very dry 

I make really thick omlettes so finish them off unde the grill, they go all puffy and generally ace.
