The trick is to keep looking in the same place after she moves that way you have a two fold escape plan:

1. You were day dreaming and not paying attention and staring 'through' her breasts

or

2. You're staring at something in the line of sight but beyond the breast such as something on the table or the bloke to her rights bling etc.

It's just like cheating: Never admit to it.
