For our next event we bring you another Bristol first: DELTA, who has released material on Creative Source, Hospital and Reinforced amongst others. Expect to hear fresh new tracks forthcoming on Microdot, the label he co-owns with production partner FORMAT.

On the night you are also treated to appearances from THE INSIDERS, dropping bombs from their new EP, DJ SKY from Fireclown Records, and DJ LEBA, Technique resident from Derby.

Hmm... was prettttttty quiet , where's the hi-jack cru when you need it, hey?! - Poor lovely Insiders... but nice to talk to Ben (albeit briefly) at last! - Never mind lovelies... Freshers week soon!

Shame I couldn't make it down, but big props to the Insiders for keeping their night running during the summer season and bringing new talent to Brizzle... only a few weeks to go till we are bombarded with thousands of impressionable, naive, nubile young freshers

Yes Lata and I were scared that it might be quiet. Sadly I could not represent because of the lack of $ and energy in my poor wallet and manly body, respecively.

Did Delta play? Was him good?

I was on my way, but forgot nicotine gum. I'd have probably bought a packet of fags and smoked them if I'd turned up. Which simply wouldn't do, would it?

Never mind, there will be greater Hijack presence over the next few months. I'm thinking the Danny Byrd & Sonic nights will both be attended (by me at least) and I notice Mathematics may be appearing in November...

was rrather pissed off when i wasnt goin to be able to make i down, was in london yesterday and didnt manage to get back until this evening
