Henry Heatwave and Mark Maitreya have been coveting The Farm pub for a while now, and they have finally teamed up to offer a monthly party down here, featuring a fine selection of roots, dancehall, afro beats and mash ups!

The Heatwave Family have been producing mashups and smashing dancefloors across the U.K and Europe for the last 5 years, and I am honoured that over the coming months we will see some of the finest reggae and bashment dj's coming through our doors.....

these parties gonna be tuffer than the Derek days!

really Alexs you have, it was heading the way of shitty footie pubs for a little while, its real nice to see someone getting the music back in there and putting some interesting events on rather than letting it stagnate

Its terrible, full of local inbreds who molest the pigs and whatnot across the road at the city farm 

Not really, its a wicked pub (again) and the landlord is a top fella, get down there

Big up Tele for letting us do this gig at one of Bristol's finest pubs, and for giving the flyer a bit more explanation, it was a bit cryptic! Its basically me Henry from Heatwave/Dubstudio teaming up with Mark from the award-winning Cafe Maitreya (hence the eggs) for a monthly residency (every third Friday of the month, er apart from this one which is actually the fourth). Each month there is gonna be a different theme + guest spots from Bristol's reggae underworld.
