LOLI actually agree with your statement 101% if anybody ever witnessed the 3 hour plus back room sets of a certain DJ Fluid at Shimmy back in the day then they would have been witnessing the early manouvre's of Mr Midi... fucking epic sessions that were the bread and butter of alot of people's clubbing experiences all that time ago, as its christmas it would be nice to see some of those people again and rekindle some of those vibes... failing that we'll be glad to hear some shockingly tearing breakbeats down the local booze hole.. .. It's Bristol, it's Breaks, it's General Midi! [i can hook you up if you'd like to book him for one of your do's Ed?]
