Dear Hijackers....

Organisers of Figure 8 Festival, which takes place in Bristol this weekend, are offering
2-4-1 tickets for one day only.

The exclusive one-day ticket offer not only marks the first anniversary of the festival, which
last year took place in Dorset and raised £5,000 for charity, but is also your last chance to
buy tickets online ahead of the event.

Figure 8 Festival, which is raising money for Macmillan Cancer Support, takes place at
The Birdcage, Bristol, on Friday Sept 27 (featuring Joel Harries, She Makes War, Richard
Abberline and Sarah Proudfoot) and at Trinity Centre on Saturday Sept 28.

Saturday’s all-dayer is headined by Britpoppers Dodgy and features nu-folk posterboy
Chris T-T, the awesome Pete Roe, Bristol’s new favourite Oliver Wilde, Figure 8 Festival
veterans Goan Dogs, Devon’s Josie Ghost, London songstress Katie Malco, Bristol rebelrousers
The St Pierre Snake Invasion, Shellac favourites MyOwnFlag and new London
duo Shock Horror.

The Trinity event is compered by Bristol’s most famous gig goer, Big Jeff, who will be
rocking out down the front all day! There will also be an indie market, human jukebox and
pop up sessions from Bristol’s Scenic Sessions; as well as food, a raffle and a cake sale
(part of Macmillan Cancer Support’s World’s Biggest Coffee Morning).

Figure 8 Festival is a not-for-profit, volunteer run event which is raising money for
Macmillan Cancer Support. Tickets cost £18.50adv - so if you take advantage of this offer
it works out at less than a tenner per ticket. There will be a limited number of tickets
available on the door priced £25 each - but buy now to secure yours and save money!

Festival Founder Laura Williams explains: “All money raised from this event goes to
Macmillan Cancer Support and we’ve still got some tickets left to sell - so we decided to
run this special offer to make it a sell out event and raise as much as possible for the UK’s
most vital cancer charity, Macmillan Cancer Support. Everyone involved in this festival,
myself included, is a volunteer and the musicians are kindly playing for free - so every
penny from these ticket sales goes straight to charity. We’re hoping to beat last year’s
fundraising total of £5,000 and we can’t do it without you!”

To take advantage of the exclusive one day BOGOF ticket offer, on Monday September
23, 2013, simply order your ticket through Bristol Ticket Shop today (online or in person)
and you’ll receive two! It couldn’t be easier -

If you can only make the Friday evening event at The Birdcage, you can do so by donating
£5 on the door - though priority will be given to Figure 8 Festival ticket holders, tickets for
the whole festival will be on sale there too.
