So i've been getting reet back in to me production recently- but i cant decide if using my sub is a good move or not when making tunes. I've got fairly decent moniters but they only go down to about 100hz- is it a good idea to keep my sub on, as obviously not everyone who listens back to me tunes when their done will have this equipment, and i may end up lossing the bass completely if it's focused on too low a frequency...

Depends on loads of things really, main one being what size room are you making music in? if its really small that much bass in such a small space can be detrimental.

worth testing a track with a sub, but not sure i would want to use one during the actual production, especially in a non treated room. It will be very difficult to know if the bass your hearing is true or not (IMO)
