Creative Virtual’s Head of Business Development, Björn Gülsdorff, has been invited to speak at the Service Desk Forum as an industry expert. He’ll present a session on using chatbots, smart agents and virtual assistants for service desk self-service.There are certain system field in the ticket layout that cannot be deleted or hidden from the ticket form (layout). In your screenshot, you are looking to hide the "Description" field , which I am afraid is not possible as it is one of the system-defined field.  However you can hide some fields by doing the following.

please help.
