Map the channel volumes to a midi controller then set the minimum + maximum values for that control on the list of mappings on the left of the screen?

I have just spent 329 Euro (in Belgium) on a new ipod Classic 160GB and I am very disappointed about the volume limit. It is considerably lower than my previous 80GB video ipod, which I stil have, so I can compare the two. It is so frustrating! I have tried everything - bought a new headset, set the song volume the hightest, and the volume limit is set to the highest.
