 LIGHTAH!

Clevedon residents have been told not to drink the water from their tap without boiling it first after a diarrhoea and vomit-inducing parasite was discovered.

Ah yes, this thread. Started by whoever originally created the 1984 account. The trajectory of discussion is a classic.

Jesus Christ Germany.

I just sort of bundled all Germanie's  Tut Tut into the 'War'.

But there's a list https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/German_war_crimes

They were just going up rounding people up and shooting them  Smashed

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wola_massacre

I've got to say, i'm slightly  Doh! I never really knew what they did.

I knew they rounded people up and killed loads, but just of assumed it was all done over months and years.

She was insistent they would be here.

Just reading through this for a giggle as my Dad is due to arrive any moment now. Received a text "I'm just leaving Cambridge services" about an hour ago, so D-Hour is imminent! I wonder what gems he will come out with this year.  Wink

Saw this discussion on r/bristol.

https://www.reddit.com/r/bristol/comments/7k0st6/ah_yes_a_free_rave_only_2/?st=jbfnkft2&sh=13592804

It reminded me of this beauty where a promoter decided to charge 5 for a free rave in an attempt to stop people from coming that weren't prepared to bring "real vibes".

Christmas isn't for another few days though isn't it?
64  General / The Forum / Re: CBD on: December 05, 2017, 00:05:29
It's a bit hard to describe it without it sounding shit or making me seem like a massive hippy. But...

Does it do anything?
Yes. It's not bullshit. It does something,

What does it do?
I'm still not sure. I vape it. After 4 or 5 puffs you get a hit like a less intense nicotine hit. Unlike  Pimp you're not immediately wobbly, cained or dizzy. It certainly doesn't feel like a  Pimp. but it's towards that neck of the woods - but still on the footpath rather through the gate.

After a few minutes - without any heart palpitations - you get a nice relaxed feeling. Which basically seems to just build. but you remain quite sober with seemingly none of the effects of unpleasant effects of  Pimp.

shouldnt i be worrying about something right now?

I like this quote. It seems to eliminate an anxiety I never really knew existed.

Certainly for me, it seems to provide a calmness which is pleasant. This is not like a seditive type calm. It's quite natural and subtle.

I don't normally have any problems sleeping, but I have to say i've been having a great nights sleep the last couple nights, and  ***WARNING: HIPPY ALERT*** quite bizzarly, waking up feeling happy, alert and ready to start the day. Which is quite a surprise.

Should I get some?
It definitely does something. But remember I walked into a shop in Hampsted and bought this. So you won't get off you face. But then again, I don;t think that's what it's for. It's not a legal high.

What should I get?
I've no idea. I got 600mg strength. And I would have got 1000mg if they had it. It's pricey mind. Make sure you get the stuff with terpines in it. From what little I know it seems vaping is good enough for the calmness, anxiety reducing effects. I am fortunate not to have any serious pain issues, But it seems you need the oils for this. Vpaing hits you quicket but as we know, eating lasts for longer.

I have chronic pain and the only thing that touches it are rather heavy handed prescription meds.

Been recommended it but have wondered about its efficacy.

i'm sorry to hear that. I've no idea how good it would be for you. A CBD forum would be worth investigating.

It's not like saying "eating spinach is good for you" but even if you eat loads you'll never really know it's impact.

I'm in Lanzarote at the moment and there's coffee shops that also sell CBD - I might have to give it a go.

No buzz though?

No buzz. Although a made who put me on to it and has the 1000mg stuff swears it gives a buzz. Give it a go. Get the strong stuff with terpines (whatever the fuck they are).
65  General / The Forum / Re: CBD on: December 04, 2017, 17:03:09
I picked up the 600mg version of this stuff:

https://www.canavape.co.uk/canavape-complete-koko-kush-mango-kushcbdcbgterpenes-2234-p.asp

Adding it to my 0mg nicotine eliquid.

It's basically an odourless (well, it doesn't stink of  Pimp), clear headed, non paronioa inducing, THC-less, relaxing mild buzz. Basically you feel a bit mellow. But completely clear headed.

I was on the fence of it's effectiveness until today, when I had a nice big zoot. I'd say it's worth having a look at. There's defiantly something there. I think.

Tempted by a tincture to add to my coffee.

Worth having a look at how property prices have changed in the area over the last few years - I reckon they will have gone up a fair bit, as happened in the past in various places SOTR, and Easton.

In out bathroom there is a soap dispenser. Several times a day the button to release the soap gets jammed.

I always un-jam it as I want to wash my hands.

No one else does. And I don't know who is jamming it or how they are managing it.

Animals.
