General / The Forum / Decent Headphones for £50
|
on: December 20, 2012, 08:59:08
|
I'm looking for a pair of half decent headphones for around the £50 mark. They're for a Xmas present and need to be closed and with some decent bass response.
I've got a pair of HD25's and would be nice to find something similar, but obviously expecting something not quite as well built.
I had a look at the sennheiser px200 ii's
Anyone got a pair? Or can recommend anything for a similar price. Thanks.

I used to rinse those mixes in my car, but lost them somewhere along the way...... if you still have them, or could upload em somewhere, much apprieciated! x

WOW, only just recovered....what a day! It wasn't without teething troubles though and we did have some problems with people being unable to get into the Firestation at times... Massive apologies to anyone that couldnt get in... Also, the bar in the Firestation ran out of beer very early on, and the poor bar staff had to make over 10 booze runs to stock up. They cleared out all the local shops in the area!!! An event on this level is an extremely steep learning curve, and definitely not something i'd recommend to the faint hearted. Please bear with us though and we'll make sure all the kinks will be ironed out for next year. Apart from that though, the day went off without a hitch, completely sold out. over 2500 people across the whole day, all the artists were incredible. personal highlights (and the ones i actually managed to watch) included Floating Points, Kutmah, Jon Hopkins and The Correspondents. Thanks so much to everyone who came down, supported us, helped us out with this, worked as part of the team, performed or DJ'd and generally made the whole day an incredible success. It's definitely something we'll repeat next year!!! Photos below thanks to the incredible Jonny Tapdown
