Can anyone tell me if this shot has a specific name? tried googling half face close-up, extreme close-up half screen, half screen close-up, foreground face, foreground close-up and other variations but can't find anything, also anyone have any other examples? or know where it appeared first?

I still can't get over the lizard idea. I have a friend in France (who admittidly has always been a nutter) and she fully beleives in all of this.
