Hi Desk What are your current favourite synths for pads? I've been stuck with the same set for quite a while now. Don't say Omnisphere, I don't have 50-odd gigabytes left on my laptop, sorry. kthxbye

Southville (ok the Chessels atm but lived south of North St before) So many good places around; The Hare, The Old Bookshop, Spotted Cow, Hen & Chicken, Terrace, The Lounge, Sazz, Fishminster, Souk, Tobacco Factory, El Rincon, Rare Butcher's, Mark's Bread, mmm... Also close to Ashton Court as already mentioned, and less than 30 min walk to pretty much anywhere in town centre.

Either would be fine for jus mixin, but obviously the better soundcard gives more options if you want to use it for other stuff, reckon thats the main difference tho the pro software has a few more features
If ur budget isnt megatight, i reckon the pro version is worth the extra money.
Cheers mate, I decided to buy the Audio 6 card with the Duo 2 package now and will probably upgrade to the Traktor Pro software eventually. 6 channel audio should be fine for the moment. Bring on the delivery - tomorrow!

I'm about to get Traktor Scratch for vinyl - now I'm trying to figure out if Duo 2 is enough (two decks is fine) or if I need the bigger setup with Pro 2? Also, if anyone knows anyone in Bristol who is selling second-hand hardware for Scratch, I might be interested.
