I'm up for this.  Moving to Bristol at the end of the month.

I play DnB on the Ed + Op / C4C / Noisia / mindless jumpup tip for Holodeck in Cardiff as well as dnb/breaks sets for various other nights round here at the mo  Smiley

I like what I've heard but theres no scene as such in Cardiff so I'm not very well educated about what works in clubs.  It strikes me as very sparse and slow for club music.

I like the bass etc but can't imagine leaping off my seat and onto the dancefloor if a certain tune comes on like I do with dnb or breaks..

I'm up for a set if its not too late.  I play homegrown dnb and/or breaks and I'm moving down at the start of the month.
2711  General / The Forum / Re: Koma and Bones appreciation on: March 19, 2006, 14:47:06
Yeah, I rate them, for me it's all about 'Morpheus' and the 'Travelling on' remixes.
Some of their new stuff is a bit cheese...
but always worth keeping an eye on
I've spent the last year trying to get hold of the 'Rewired' remix of Powercut (also on Blinded by Science), but to no avail... Cry

I've got this tune, I still play it every now and then so no chance of selling it sorry..

Hey man have you moved down to Bristal yet?

Not until the end of the month,  have to finish an IT contract next week  and got a set @ Holodeck at the end of the month.  Coming down in a week to find a flat,  can't wait..

2723  General / The Forum / Re: New Members - All about you thread! on: November 12, 2004, 16:47:07
Hi I'm Will. I live in Cardff and I'm 24 years old. I produce (http://www.soundclick.com/wascal) and DJ in Cardiff (Holodeck/Junk/Socialism/Broke) quite a bit but am looking to play in Brizze at some point.
Like quite a few other people I first got into DnB through Platinum Breaks (Doc Scott 'Unofficial Ghost' especially), then into the whole Reprazent thing, techstep etc etc. I'm not a big fan of ridiculously dark tunes though, too much teen angst. I also have a shady hardhouse past but the less said about that the better.
Recently I've been enjoying D Kay, Calibre, Clipz, some Dillinja bits, Breakage, all sorts really and I'm always on the lookout for new bits to drop on CDR.
Safe  Wink
