Hahahahah, yeah. Truly fucking terrible. Can't remember the last good thing he put out, both by him and on his label. Whats the point in having a label if thats what your going to do with it, especially after some fairly good output of late. Feeling J:kenzo fo sho. Also liking K'minds, SP, LX.one, etc for the 140 stuffage. exactly, that youandme (/whatever) tune is nice, and disfigured dubz often puts out really cool tunes so why put out an ep of boring wobble/annoying 150 oldskool-nuskool jungle? on a positive note, youngsta's done the next rinse cd http://www.chemical-records.co.uk/sc/servlet/Info?Track=RINSECD019some intense new wave halfstep stuff on there

Particularly that one the council are trying to put a purchase order on, the one with the big skull on the side.
they are going to redevelop crack mansion? i would be kind've sad to see that go, simply because it looks cool from my bedroom window.

L shed ? on the water front opposite Lloyds steps.... is that still there?
OR Use Clockwork on Stokes Croft of a one off bash - could be good if the production is done well.... Arnolfini MIGHT have some space, could be worth asking them.
i miss clockwork

Hyperdub will put out any old shite these days.
i agree that hyperdub has gone down the pan a bit, i think kode 9 has turned into a bit of a scenester however burial has rarely released anything that isn't pretty damn fly i think he's joking he may be, but kode 9 is still a scenester what, cos he releases funky? lol Yeah man, they changed the phrase 'open-minded' to 'scenester' back in 2009.... did you not get the memo? not at all, i just couldn't think of any other reason why he would release a billion rubbish ikonika and terror danjah tunes obviously kode 9 can do what he likes, i spent enough time thinking everything hyperdub released was gold to know that

Tanmushimushi always does this. Snaps up multiple copies of things he thinks will be rare and then whacks them all on for £50+. Buyers get conned into thinking that they need to buy the cheaper ones before the price goes up, and then only his are left, leading to him ripping off a fair few gullible buyers.
yeah i didn't want to be like "this guy rah rah rah" but he does it so much! if you look on his vinyl for sale he has loads of records that have never sold for more than £20 up for like £200. ridiculous. i just hope no one gets fooled by him!

i'm doing the third year of Audio Music Tech at UWE, it is a fairly good degree, a few really interesting modules but a lot of pointless crap too.
i wanted to learn about production and the degree has not really focused on that, it's more about programming and stuff.
i am glad i did the course but mainly because it drew me to bristol and the people i met rather than the actual content.
i reckon if you want to learn about production do like a little evening course or something // make lots of tunes.
