I swear finding a cat was harder than having a baby, most places wanted you to own your house not rent it, one place wanted you to bring your landlord - not a letter - the landlord in person if you rented, another wouldn't let anyone without a landline get one  . I've got major fondness for the natraj on Gloucester Road opposite The Flyer. I suppose its not technically any better than the average Indian restaurant, but I've always loved the food (and service) in there.

We got a take away from there once & it was horrible. Got four different things & they all tasted the same, blandcore.

Pawson's in Bishopston are selling potatoes for 20p/kg at the moment and they always have loads of good stuff reduced.
Supermarkets are a hideously expensive place to buy veg!
