they banned alcohol, okay it didnt work, but they still banned it for a few years. of course they could ban guns. We just need Jesus to tell them to  Bad Teeth

3355  Food for your Ears / The Desk / Re: Has anyone had any experiecne of a Yamaha CS2X? on: April 17, 2007, 21:26:31
i do.

the problem is Cubase just cant see it. it can see my USB interface to which the CS2X is plugged into (MIDI in/out) but when i configure Cubase to what I apparently should i get no response on the Cubase transport bar or sound out from the keyboard.

I was wondering what settings you put your CS2X to in order to get MIDI working? I know local should be set to 'off' what about the 'Host select switch' on the back? have you got it working with Reason or cubase? did you have to download anything or have any problems getting it up and running??

thanks  Two Thumbs

Passion ads do my nut in!  They are ok, a good laugh and well produced, but every 30 mins it gets a bit much Wink  Plus, they'll never beat Black FM's advert for 'Smithy's', an old Jamaican takeaway that used to be opposite the Magic Box.  I'm talking about 1989/90 though  NERD ALERT! NERD ALERT! NERD ALERT!

So is anyone going to the shakti amani 5 year party? im looking foward to the circus skills, food and drink...oh and the creative art workshops for children. might go and get some beads at natrally hue as well!!  Bad Teeth

I went and stayed in the Chelsea Inn, cost about $50 a night and found a crack pipe in the cupboard, the residents all seemed to smoke crack, but they dont like you smoking crack in the bathroom.  Huh  and you could score shrubbery off tramps just over the road.

it doesnt seem to have a web presence for some reason, but might be able to get the address if it tickles yer pickle.

Quote from: FIREMAN SAM
nah the new series are shit

there is no jokes just a series of random things strung together and no plot...

the south park episode was spot on.

 Script Yeah it's true

I can't stand F/G anymore. Mind you I really like American Dad, a lot of peeps think I'm weird cuz of that but f-ck em, I think it's proper jokes. It's not just a random idiotic wave of jokes & actually has some sort of plot. Plus Captain Picard does the voice of Stan's Dad.

Script Script ever since that South Park where they explain how they write the jokes its really lost its appeal. Having said that  stuie and Brian crack me up ...oh and quagmire...gigadegigadegigade

3396  General / The Exchange / Re: Modded Xbox - reduced to 80! on: April 05, 2007, 00:57:25
Hacked by the illustrious Mark Obscene, this modded Xbox plays copied games and backups (should you be that way inclined) and comes with a fitted 100GB hard drive which you can cram full of loads of stuff. It's based around XBox Media Centre and is already full of data including lots of nifty emulators (SNES, Megadrive etc.), games, videos and all other kinds of bits 'n' pieces. You can do loads of stuff - go on the Internet, watch movies, listen to radio stations, get news feeds. It's excellent!

PM for more details.

It's in very good condition and comes with one pad. Save yourself the hassle of buying an Xbox, getting a drive, and getting it modded... this machine can be yours for the bargain price of 8!  Eek

8?!  SHOTGUN!!!!!!!!! I'll have it for 8  Huh
