There a load of bikes dumped behind the power unit at Rosa Parks Lane by the Star & Garter. Might need a some work but that seems to be where a load of people hoard nicked bikes.  if you live near there it is defo worth walking down to have a look. i'll check on my way home as well.

i remember reading that when the europeans first arrived down under, all the aboriginal women had their periods at the same time.

Also, it is a method of historical analysis, not a blueprint for the way things have to be.

I think thats probably fairly accurate description but it's still surley better than all the emotive nonsense expressed in here? 90% of the oppinion here is based on nothing yet is stated as fact.

no wonder everyone thinks everything is so fcuked. your all complete feckheads.

.... and i mean that in the nicest possible way. x
104  General / The Forum / Re: Britain = Neo-nazi hell hole on: June 18, 2009, 13:50:34
Growing up in Thatchers Britain was pretty fucking grim.

necessary evil tho. Have you ever come across a philips curve? Without Thatcher we'd have inflation without the necesary unemployment. and on top of that we'd be living in a Unions paradise - like Germany.

Fact is for our generation knocking Maggie is rediculous because we've benefitted so much out of what she did. Granted your parents and the 35+ peeps will have a few bones to pick. but not us.
105  General / The Forum / Re: Britain = Neo-nazi hell hole on: June 18, 2009, 13:20:03
should we really be cheaping out, acting in a secretive manner and over-riding hundreds of years of carefully developed existing precedent?

If it keeps peadophifles out of my bedroom then yes. im all for it.

Anyone that thinks they know what a person will do on a round about based on their signals / lane selection is an idiot.

Always assume people are in the wrong lane

Always assume signals mean nothing

Always give way

115  General / The Forum / That thing thats always in the news everyday on: June 16, 2009, 21:20:33
All I have heard in the news for the past few days, as well as in conversation, is about this government situation. Should the government do whatever or shouldn't they? Who is to blame for the situation? Is Brown best or would Cameron be better at handling the situation , as a conservative, or should they focus more on the real world as opposed to whatever it is there on about today?(I think sometimes the answer to that question depends on which side you are on.)
It's all one massive big debate. One big never ending mass debate.

Massif differerence between one day and test match. Ashes will be a totally different set up. I didn;t see enough of our play to get a good feel for how we did. And i still don't understand a cricket score card...

For god's sake elderly and very young are on the pavement  they are very vulnerable and can't always watch out for themselves.

they dont neeed to, i will allow plenty of room  and even in recent years have stopped 'buzzing' people. i think of myself as a responsible road user never having had many years of safe driving. So on occasions I trust my judgement of when it is safe to ride on a pavement and when it is not.

I would say that not everyone is as sensible as me so on the point of riding on the pavements I concede it is a bad idea and shouldnt be done.
126  General / The Forum / Re: I got run over yesterday... on: June 13, 2009, 12:55:34
Why is it everyone expects cyclists to be the only ones that have to follow the green croos code? I am a safe cyclist and on the few occasions i have run into someone on a pavement it has only because it was a genuine accident.
127  General / The Forum / Re: B*nksy on: June 13, 2009, 12:51:25
Yeah but you never know...we could quite conceivably be part of a worldwide plot to bring civilisation to it's knees with our paintings on walls.  Smashed I couldn't give a fuck if they want to play like that.  Angry Sorts out the boys from the toys at least.  Grin @Banksy: you left the underground a long time ago when you gave in to the buff monster IMAO. I can three colour throw up quicker than you can stencil and none of my shit is anti police even though I got mad pressure from then to stop painting. Who do you call when some psycho is kicking your door in? The police. Leave it out mate, you ain't fighting shit with your wanky stencils. Cock off.  Tongue

is it really necessary for you to p on everyones parade all the time? can't you just enjoy something intresting happening in the city.

129  General / The Forum / Re: I got run over yesterday... on: June 13, 2009, 11:29:39
My particular dislike are the pavement riders

if theres a wide pavement i'll ride on it but if there are people about i either get off or go back on the road. The thing that winds me up as a cysclist riding on the pavement is when pedestrians to that sudden left right thing - just keep walking however you were and i'll go round you.

132  General / The Forum / Re: Political Compass on: June 12, 2009, 19:39:10
liberal centre-right eh? Well, thats not only surprising its pointless. If you're gonna have a liberal leaning you may as well lean left too.

yeah but over the last 10 years the left has moved to the right so just off right now is equal to at least centre if not left of centre a decade ago. Although IMO left has moved further right than right so the political specturm is narrower , as a consequence centre is a thing of the past.

139  General / The Forum / Re: Media reporting of medical research on: June 12, 2009, 12:59:07
The Media should not be allowed to paraphrase research or infer that something may be good or bad for you, they should just publish the research as it is really and let people make their own minds up.

We need the Media to tell us what to think and to interprit the complexities of the world and squeeze it down into a managable pill of oppinion which we can all swallow with a glass of ignorance.

Who do you trust more a multinational media portal or the poeple? I know who my $ is on.

The journals publish the research 'as it is' but noone reads that because journals are often inaccesable to the masses (unless they have a library card).

Are we back to the age old - which is worse: a male or female peadophile? debate.

very distrssing story.

My mate worked as a warden in a womans prison and they're more vicious and vindictive than men

doesn't matter how vicious they are - she doesn't have to worry about cutting her balls cut off and fed to her, im supprised their arent more female criminals. worst case scenario you get sent down for 25 year lesbo sesh. nice.

Not having balls won't stop someone sticking a sharpened toothbrush in her neck.

i'd rather a sharp toothbrush in my neck then a sweaty peaodphile nazi's cock.
