I only play records...it makes me feel superior to all the deejays who use other media to play out...i use that sense of superiority to fuel the engine in my van which has a deisel/smug converter

 

This thread makes me a bit sad! But then since going digital I've barely bought any new vinyl so serves me right I suppose.  Do you guys still play vinyl out?

Yes, I only play vinyl - as I can still get the majority of tunes I want on vinyl.

Plus for me it's adding to my collection - even though carrying a big bag can be a ball ache and I ain't getting any younger.

But playing cds just doesn't have the same appeal and I've never had the spare cash to purchase a serato setup with laptop etc.

Not bought any in a while and want to pick up the new Platinum Breaks. Chemical gone. Idle Hands don't really do jungle. Anywhere else out there in Bristol or is online my only option?
