be 18 and know everything i know now.
Jim, 23 and a bit
go cage diving with great white sharks off the coast of south africa before hooking up with my family in cape town for a home cooked meal and plenty of booze.
Nick 24
thats a good one, thats one of my life ambitions! (the diving, not your family's food, tho that also sounds delicious! ). Have you seen those new glass/perspex cages that are completely see thru when ur in the water? They look awesome! sounds sick! i have to do it before i die. Are you fucking mental? The only way I'd be getting in one of those things would be at gunpoint. I think I would actually shit myself. Plus, I imagine shit smells a lot like fear, and as sharks can smell fear it would probably send them into a frenzy, ripping the cage apart causing my untimely death. On second thoughts I'd just choose the gun...

My housemate got fleeced by this guy a few months ago, I never could quite work out why it seemed a logical progression from asking to borrow an extension lead to borrowing a tenner. He gave it to him anyway, then realised his mistake as soon as he shut the door. How I laughed...

Has anyone not had a bike nicked in Bristol?? My Kona Stinky was locked up in a mates back garden while I moved house - the next door neighbour looked out and saw a bunch of pikeys with bolt cutters making off with it. Unfortunately it wasn't insured, and he scared them off before they had a chance to nick the other one as well, which happened to be insured for £750. So now I'm stuck with that, which is about eight years old and is worth about a tenner now I've ridden it into the ground. Gutted.

So I've finally been reeled into this facebook business. It's good for sharing photos, messaging mates etc, but I've got a friend request from some guy I went to college with and haven't spoken to for years. Thing is, I don't really have any reason to want to speak to him now, but seems a bit rude hitting the 'reject' button. Isn't there some sort of ignore function that'll just make it go away?

It was only a matter of time when peeps were calling him a woman beater etc etc that he would try to reply.
while id fecking LOVE to know , there were some pretty slanderous accusations against him already. and it stayed then.... ? just wondering.. Did seem a little harsh that those accusations were getting thrown around when they guy's banned. Mind you as much as he had a right to defend himself I saw what he wrote back and it wasn't necessary. And for all of you who want to know what he said, it was much the same as most of skelm's rants except a little more explicit and for some reason he was pretending to be 'a friend'? Which might have worked fine if it wasn't filled with the standard terrible spelling and grammar...

I grew up IN that. Born and bred. Amazingstoke. But seriously it is a shit hole. Fuck, I was going to write nearly exactly the same as this. Right down to the amazingstoke and "seriously it is a shithole" part. Thats scary, must have some sort of north hants telepathy thing going on It's possible. Alternatively it could be down to the fact that it seriously is a shithole. Whereabouts did you live?

Why would you be filling in a form in Phones 4 U if you weren't thinking about buying a phone?

You should go! I've seen him four times, last time at Koko which was amazing. Scratch Perverts supported as well, played a drum n bass set before he came on, I was going mad with all these indie kids stood around looking like Admittedly strutting up and down like a monkey isn't to everyone's taste but worth a go imo...

all of Morrisseys solo work seems to have been searching for another guitarist of that calibre.
A bit like Ian Brown This is akin to blasphemy in my opinion... You can't deny that Ian Brown hasn't enjoyed the same success as he did with the Roses True. But just because it's not as successful doesn't mean it's not as good. He's done some outstanding work both with the Roses and as a solo artist. I don't think his solo stuff is lacking a decent guitarist though, particularly as it's got a lot more electronic vibe.

yup, I've been assured the lyrics are amazing. this may be the only time I want someone to cover existing music - just so i can listen to it.
There's a whole album of Smith's covers by British hardcore (I'd say emo but you'd stop reading now) bands that's pretty damn good. Think it's called 'Where Are We Now', has a fantastic cover of Girlfriend In a Coma on it. and... all of Morrisseys solo work seems to have been searching for another guitarist of that calibre.

anyone cought theaving should have there hands chopped off (or at least disabled for a while)
I took Headphobe down to the soundcheck and he noticed his multi power adapter that he thought he lost. He said "Oi Scrampy, you got my power adapter. I wondered where that got to" You said "Oh, I wondered whose that was" He said "How could you not know it was mine when it says on it HEADPHOBE in massive letters!" You said "bb;jljsiuogdhssjdfefnmdmja" or something like that.

unfortunately this is one of those situations where the things you want out of your friendship/relationship are too far apart to work no you can't. standard and definite.
IMO the best thing you can do now is completely sack her off and see how much she misses you
Soon as possible as well...will be very shit for a little while but a hell of a lot easier in the long run.

I've read some very interesting articles on identity and representation within the virtual world... I'll post some links when I get home if anyone's interested?
Something I'm really interested in. More recently I've thought quite a lot about how mad it is that people are living more of their lives online than in the real world via games such as World of Warcraft and the like, especially in the Far East it seems. Tis' madness.

The only shop I could find that would do it for me in Bristol was Good Viewing in Filton. Cost me £82 including labour, still working fine a few months later.
7-11 Gloucester Road North, Filton 0117 969 2149
Or says on my receipt they've got another shop - 100 High St, Staple Hill if that's any closer to you.
