Yeah I thought it was cool. Quite similar to Partridge in humour but then maybe thats just Coogan's sense of humour. Plus if you're gonna be similar to another comedy series Partridge is hardly an awful choice is it?

Good things to come on this series.  Slayer

yea i agree, my friend was very drunk. but still id rather if there was a bit more room cos drum and bass dancing can get big...

It gives me a great deal of pleasure watching D&B dancing get big.  I hope these people don't ever realise how fucking ridiculous they look.  It would spoil my fun if they stopped dancing like complete morons.

 Perv, mmmhmmm, yummy *rubs hands*

...and Im sure you have great fun paying to sit at the back and slag off everyone from afar.
164  General / The Forum / Re: IDIOT BIRD AT KENNY KEN on: June 20, 2006, 15:56:03
im hoping it wasnt my mate cos she got really off with some girls pushing in our space..there was just no space to dance Doh!

People getting angry about others goin in "their space" = fucking lame.

Its a club. Yes, it might get crowded.

P.S. Vegetarians aren't vegetarians if they eat eggs. Eggs are POTENTIAL MEAT!

No cos they're unfertilised. You're eating a hens period.

Hence the word potential...

By that logic anyone who swallows semen would be a cannibal.

170  General / The Forum / Re: Calling any Rock, Punk and Metal Dj's yes thats right..... on: June 19, 2006, 17:32:37

On a side note, are there any DJs who actually mix rock music properly? I know it's not really made for it but it must be possible.

If you pick the right tunes you can sorta mix it. But you wouldnt have both records playing for very long.
171  General / The Forum / Re: Recommend me some cool metal tracks please on: June 19, 2006, 16:27:04
I always thought all the NIN remix albums were a bit crap to be honest. With Teeth isnt all that great compared to other NIN albums. There are some good tracks, it isnt crap... but I dunno.. maybe Trents new sobriety and more stable mind dont lend themselves too well to the kind of songwriting he does?
172  General / The Forum / Re: Recommend me some cool metal tracks please on: June 19, 2006, 15:59:34

174  General / The Forum / Re: Why is Therapy Sessions Bristol never recorded? on: June 19, 2006, 15:07:17
...The London Sessions are broadcast live on Bassdrive so recording them is no great shakes. I did look at doing the same with Grandtheftaudio but after several other nights experiencing technical probs doing just that I decided that it was one headache I could do without.

Then people on DOA and such record themselves and post them up, they are (afaik) never directly recorded or posted up by anyone directly involved with Therapy.

Really? I think sometimes they are. Like the Riga one posted last night? I dont know.

Cant you record a set on a laptop with the right software?

Yeah of course you can record a set with a laptop, but the therapy sets are normally recorded by randoms streamripping them off bassdrive and then posting them up on various forums. Don't know about the one posted up lst nigth have you got the link??

Turns out Dylan didnt know about the recording of last nights sets. He just said so on DOA.

My favourite albums are Toxicity and Steal This Album! - the newer ones and the first album didn't really do it for me.

Havent really heard steal this album. Is it more like toxicity or more like mesmirise? I didnt really like mesmerise.

188  General / The Forum / Recommend me some cool metal tracks please on: June 19, 2006, 00:24:55
Have been trying to broaden the spectrum of metal bands Im into lately. Ive recently found I quite liked Slipknot, who Id heard a bit of before but never really gotten into. I like stuff like Soulfly, Korn (not the new stuff tho), Deftones, System of A Down, Rage Against the Machine, Marilyn Manson...  Slayer

Never really got that into old school metal or the really black or extreme metal btw.

Come on then, educate me. Two Thumbs
