What a load of cock. Can anyone point out a single D&B DJ on that entire list? It's completely hilarious that Andy C doesn't feature on that; I'm not exactly a massive Andy fanboy as some people are, I've only seen him twice, but the amount of skill it takes to do what he does dwarfs that of at least some people on that list. Granted, I have never seen any of those DJs (to my dismay, there are some I'd love to have seen) - but really, anyone who sees what Andy and to a slightly lesser extent, Friction, Cyantific et al can do to a crowd must agree with me.

In many ways byte's recent reappearance onto Hijack with these wonderful mixes is rather like the way God works; after wondering where he was we now know that he had in fact "been there all along".

But obviuously god is a lot more famous, and TE has never done any skippy garage jams about byte (AFAIK)

to answer the OP, all that london acid techno stuff is occasionally OK ,and has often has slightly amusing track titles, but overall it's a bit crap. some of that crew have done some decent hard techno, when they don't work the 303 angle too much.

i'm sure acid techno is probably alive and well though somewhere, probably in bristol still
