mate, Its harder to make an omelette wrong than it is to make one right! just put some eggs in a frying pan. add cheese add tomatoes add whatever is lurking in the fridge fold in half jobs a goodun |

The trick to a good omelette is to get plenty of air into the eggs when whisking, cook some onions, mushrooms, garlic and some spinach in a frying pan with some olive oil, pour in eggs and bring the cooked bits from the edge into the the middle until almost cooked, cover with cheese and tabasco and grill until finished.
