Seen as the USA extradites British citizens living in Britain who commit crimes against a British company based in London (Natwest Three) how long before they decide not to bother with the extradition process?

States:
NC - North Carolina
NH - New Hampshire
IA - Iowa

HSMP - Highly Skilled Migrant Programme
